ImageOctober 20th, 2008 – Healthcare Information Management provider Discovery Support Services (“DSS”), backed by Silverhawk Capital Partners (“Silverhawk”), has acquired MetroROI (“MetroROI”).   Terms of the deal and financials of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Dallas, TX, MetroROI has been providing business process outsourcing solutions for the healthcare industry for over five years. Focused on providing unparalleled service, MetroROI provides dedicated staff to handle the increasing demand of responding to requests for medical records and patient billing records for both paper-based and electronic systems.  With a focus on providing a high quality staff and a consultative relationship with its customers, MetroROI has rapidly grown the Release of Information (ROI) outsourcing business to include customers throughout the state of Texas.
